FAQ

Common questions

We accept .STL, .OBJ, .3MF, .STEP, and .IGES files. If you have a model in another format (e.g. from Blender, Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or Tinkercad), export to STL or OBJ and we'll handle the rest. Maximum file size is 250 MB.
Print cost = weight in grams × material rate. The weight estimator in the form gives you a ballpark; once we slice your model we send an exact quote before charging anything. Shipping is separate and calculated at checkout.
Most standard prints leave our facility within 2–3 business days. Add 5–8 days for standard shipping or upgrade to express (2–3 days) or overnight. You'll receive tracking as soon as your package ships.
If a print fails our internal quality check, we reprint it at no cost. If you receive a print that doesn't match the specification you ordered, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right — free reprint or full refund, your choice.
Basic support removal and surface cleanup are included. Premium finishing (sanding, priming, or painting) is available as an add-on — just mention it in the special instructions field and we'll quote it alongside your print.
Yes. Use the quantity selector in the order form. Bulk orders of 10+ units receive a 15% discount automatically. For very large runs (100+), contact us directly for custom pricing and lead times.
